All areas covered :

• Surveys and material discussions with information and details supplied for leadtime, costs and downtime expectancies.
• Rendering supplied to ensure final acceptance for the customer.
• Design and interior company inclusion within the planning phase to ensure all parties are engaged with the project in hand.
• Milestones established and dates supplied.
• Release documentation raised and supplied.
• Communications with interior shop and organise Part 145 MRO support through project.
• Project managed without any fuss or delay for the customer.
• Pictures, daily / weekly debriefing and continued communication ensuring project management and milestones are met and as agreed.
• Final invoice meets agreed charges - no hidden costs or "extras"
